This jacket offers H2XTREME 8000mm waterproof and 8000mm breathable technology and is seam sealed .The removable hood is a great option if you prefer a stand up collar . The inner jacket has high loft synthetic insulation and provides a second jacket in warmer weather and the outer shell can also be worn as a rain shell separately in warmer weather .This jacket is not quite as long as our tradition 3-in-1 jackets   The articulated elbows are a nice feature for comfort and ultimate range of motion.
