Please use the following terms & conditions of use carefully before using this site.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Minimum Order

Returned Goods

All returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase. Safety Products Canada  must authorize all returns with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns sent to Safety Products Canada without an RMA number will not be accepted. When returning product to Safety Products Canada, please make sure your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the carton, and that there is a copy of the RMA inside the box. Our Customer Service Representatives will inform you how to return your product. Any unauthorized shipments sent collect will be refused. A minimum restocking charge of 15% will be deducted for handling. All returns must be in original packaging, with no packaging modifications. Due to federal government regulations and guidelines, all sales of first aid products are final and non-returnable. All products returned to Safety Products Canada due to an order entry or shipping error will be fully credited to your account. Custom or special order items cannot be returned.

Warranty


WASIP Ltd. ensures its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. All claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice. This warranty is void on any product that has been tampered with, misused, or altered in any way. All domes and mirrors are inspected at the time of shipment. WASIP Ltd. is not financially liable for the receiving and/or installation of domes and mirrors.

Freight Policy

Orders over $2,000.00 before applicable taxes will be prepaid to one destination in Canada and shipped the most economical way. Additional charges apply to beyond point destinations. Additional fuel surcharge may apply to freight shipments.

Additional Charges Not Included in Safety Products Canada Prepaid Freight Policy

• Beyond Point Destinations will not be covered under prepaid policy, an additional charge will be applied. A separate line item on your invoice titled "Beyond Point Destination" will be added. 

• Customers with shipping destinations without the service of a loading dock are subject to tailgate charges. Customers are financially responsible for all tailgate charges. It is not WASIP's responsibility to instruct transport carriers whether to utilize tailgate services. Minimum tailgate charges start at $50.00 and will be added to your invoice as a separate line item titled "Tailgate Charge". It is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary equipment at the time of delivery for unloading products. 

• Heated services are available for products that have a freezing point of 0°C (32°F) or lower. Where such service is requested, transit time may vary and an additional charge will be applied to your invoice. 

• WASIP will not be held responsible for pre-booked appointments delayed due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances out of our control. 

• Drop ship and split shipments are subject to additional charges. 

• Additional charges apply for residential deliveries, address corrections and deliveries that require 
pre-booked appointments. A separate line item will be added to your invoice. 

• Additional charges for oversized shipments, cartons including but not limited to Dangerous 
Goods will be invoiced under a separate line charge. 


*Safety Products Canada requires written authorization from customer for all the charges listed above.


Artwork & Custom Printing Charges - First Aid Kits

• Minimum order quantity required for all First Aid Kits orders.
• Less than minimum charge of $30.00 plus regular set-up charge will apply for imprinted orders. 

• Initial Set up Charge: Price includes a 1 colour, 1 location imprint, with a set-up charge of 
$50.00. 

• Additional colours / locations $50.00 per colour. 

• Run Charges: Additional colour / location run charge, $1.00 per colour, per location. All First Aid 
Kit orders are subjected to a 5% over/ under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly. 

• Repeat Orders: Set up Charge $15.00. Please supply your previous order number along with your 
new purchase order number. Imprint must remain exactly the same as your previous order. 

• Logo Resizing Charge $25.00. Please note that logo resizing would be considered a new logo 
charge. For example if you want your logo scaled to maximum imprint size and printed on a small bag/box and also a large bag/box it would require two separate screen charges. Alternate option is to use the same size of logo on all packaging that is printed to save on screen charges. We do not recommend this option we would rather see you brand your company kits within the open space available. Artwork approval form provided will show the placement and print area that your logo will be printed. 


Artwork & Custom Printing Charges – Clothing

Pricing for all products are for blank goods. Decoration is extra. Please see below for decorating charges.

• Initial Set up Charge: Price includes a 1 colour, 1 location imprint, with a set- up charge of $50.00.
• Additional colours / locations $50.00.
• Printing Charges: Print charge per logo is $1.50 per location. Additional charge may apply on oversize logos.
• Embroidery charges will vary per logo. Please contact our customer service department for more information.
• All orders are bulk folded. Additional charge of $0.50 will be applied for individually packing products into original packaging.
• Repeat Orders: Set up Charge $15.00. Please supply your previous order number along with your new purchase order number. Imprint must remain exactly the same as your previous order.
• Less than minimum charge of $30.00 plus regular set-up charge will apply for imprinted orders.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

Custom Orders

All sales are final for decorated products. All films and screens remain the property of Safety Products Canada

Order Processing

• Price and availability are subject to change without notice, due to factors beyond our control.
• Note: If you do not receive a confirmation please call to verify that we have received your PO.
• Virtual Proofs are available upon request. Your signature or that of your authorized representative is required on the artwork approval form prior to release for production. Your signature constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for any errors and omissions of the artwork approval form.
